Anna Elizabeth (Kettmann) Cones was born Nov. 9, 1895 in St. Louis, Missouri and died in February of 1982, Marion Co., Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. She is the daughter of Heinrich (Henry) Kettmann and Anna Marie Koerner. Her mother Anna Koerner is buried in Crown Hill Cemetery, Mausoleum #B-39, Section AA. Her father's (Heinrich Kettman) ashes are in the mausoleum with Anna Koerner.

Her first husband was Ralph George Higgs. From that marriage she had one child, Ralph Kettmann Higgs. She was the second wife to Chester A. Cones, no children to this marriage.
