Charles G. Cones was the son of William Washington and Margaret Henrietta (Bayes) (Williamm) Cones. Born in 1868; died in 1949, in Crown Hill, Cemetery - Indianapolis, Indiana.
He was the brother to the following siblings: Sarah Alice; Anna Laurie; William Frank; Nora Mae; Bertha Jane and Tressie Onie Cones.

On April 4, 1897, Charles married Mary L. Cox in Marion Co., Indiana. To this union are known children; Mabel A., Chester Wallace (Sr), Gracie May and Clarence Joseph (Sr.).
